September means the first rye from the 2021 barrels, a new batch of gin with Bitterroot juniper and the last of the apple brandy. Every bottle is filled by hand, so the shelf shifts a little week to week.

How late can I order for same-day pickup?

Order by noon and your bottles are ready at the tasting room counter from 4 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. On Sundays, order by 11 AM. Bring an ID, everyone picking up must be 21 or older.
