What we collect on this website
Pre-orders and tours: your name, phone number, pickup or tour date and order notes
Single barrel requests: your name, preferred date, spirit, bottle count and the flavors you like
Emails and phone calls you send us
Basic, anonymous website statistics such as pages visited
How we use it
Only to fill your order or booking, contact you about it and run the distillery. We never sell your information and we never use it for outside advertising.
Age and ID checks
We check a valid ID for every pickup, tour and tasting. We do not copy or store ID details.
Text messages
We text you when your order is ready, a reminder before your tour and a message when barrel samples are in. Bottle club members also get a reminder before each pickup. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Keeping it safe
Payments go through a secure payment link, so card numbers never reach our website forms or email. Please do not send card details by email or text.
