Two hours at the blending bench with Emmett, small plates and every tool you need. You leave with a 375 ml bottle of your own blend.

We start with how barrels change a spirit, then taste three rye barrels side by side and work out your own ratio with graduated cylinders.
Your blend goes into a 375 ml bottle with a hand-written label. Everyone must be 21 or older, and we plan a safe ride home with you.
