Using this website

This website gives general information about Cinder Hill Distilling Co. and lets you send pre-orders, tour bookings and barrel requests. Prices and availability shown are starting points.

Orders and age

An order is confirmed once we text you that it is packed
Every buyer and every guest on a tour must be 21 or older with a valid ID
We only swap a sold-out bottle for one of equal value with your OK
Single barrels, private tastings and events are confirmed in a written quote

Same-day cutoffs

Same-day pickup needs an order by noon, and a same-day tour needs a booking by noon or a free spot at the door. Orders after the cutoff are ready the next open day.

Tours

Pickup is at the tasting room during open hours. We do not ship spirits. If you cannot make your pickup, we hold the order for 14 days.

Payment, deposits and refunds

Everyday orders are paid at pickup. Single barrels need a 25 percent deposit to hold a barrel. Tours can be moved or refunded up to 24 hours before the start time.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
